Meet The Doctors

Dr. Eugenia Walsh

Hello and welcome to Walsh Dental Care! I grew up in the Washington, DC area and graduated from the University of Maryland in 1996. In 2001, I received a DDS degree from Columbia University in New York City and joined the US Navy. I completed a General Practice Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland and served in Atsugi, Japan and Washington Navy Yard. After fulfilling my military commitment I accepted a position as a general dentist in a group practice in Southern Maryland.

As a Washington, DC area native I was excited to have the opportunity to open Walsh Dental Care in Lorton, VA in the fall of 2009. My goal is to provide exceptional dental care to people of all ages in a professional, caring and fun environment. I take time with my patients to educate them about preventive care, explain their treatment options, and help them make informed decisions about their oral health needs.

I annually attend continuing education courses to keep current with the latest advances in dentistry. I'm a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

When I'm not working, I like to relax and spend time with my husband Ben and two boys, Aaron and Liam.

Dr. Sarah Lee Baja

I'm originally from Virginia and grew up in Lorton. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a post-baccalaureate in Advanced Biomedical Sciences in a dual program at Georgetown and George Mason. I previously worked as a chair-side dental assistant for several years before receiving my doctorate at the University of New England’s College of Dental Medicine in Portland, Maine. When it comes to dental treatment, I'm passionate about patient education and communication, and always place an emphasis on my patient's comfort and needs. When I'm not looking at teeth, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two Weiner dogs - Benny and Nugget!
